[MC-43033] Cant See Blocks

So I Play Minecraft I Get Hit Die Or Even Break Blocks 30 - 50 % chance im not gonna see block.All I Can See Is Sighns Some RedStone and chest Plz Fix!

Ok, what did you do ? Update graphics driver or switching off Mipmapping ? Or both ?
