Redstone clock not triggering all attached devices

I'm sorry, I couldn't think of a more fitting title, so this is probably a duplicate. But just to be safe: http://i.imgur.com/naG4Dx1.jpg This clock does not trigger all 4 command blocks, only one of them is getting run, the south-east one. Changing the redstone wire setup can affect which blocks are activated by the clock.

I'm curious on this as well - although my issue is with dispensers. I have a semi-automatic farm for wheat / carrots / potatoes that has long lines of dispensers (as opposed to the nano farms which my lag won't allow). Strangely some of the dispensers never work, seemingly at random. Similarly to your screenshot, I can see powered redstone lines on top of all (so no too-long-of-wire issue). Happens in survival and creative since at least 1.7.2.
