So, if you set up 2 commandblocks next to eachother, 1 with the command:
/tp @e[type=Arrow] @p
and 1 with the command:
/summon Arrow ~ ~10 ~ {Motion:[1d,0d,1d]}
And you setup a clock giving them both a pulse every three redstone ticks.
What happens is the arrow gets tp'ed to the closest player, but then visual driver draws it right underneath the player, until the arrow lands on the ground, instead of drawing its path...

Is this still a concern in the current Minecraft version 1.8.1 Prerelease 3 or later? If so, please update the affected versions in order to best aid Mojang ensuring bugs are still valid in the latest releases/pre-releases.
Confirmed, but looks quite working as intended.
There is no arrow animation while teleporting arrows.
