[MC-44618] spawnpoint @a/@p/@r not working

The spawnpoint can't be set using @a/@p/@r. It claims that it is not a valid number. Command example: /spawnpoint @p 100 100 100

Actually, on second thought I did some testing on a server earlier and they were acting extremely weird. For example, I couldn't pass <x> <y> <z> to an @a argument.
