When you are in a minecart on a rail moving, then turn all of your Minecraft sound completely off while still moving, then return to the game, then turn the sound back on, the rail sound no longer works, but other sounds do still work. Long sentences much? :3 Happens both in Survival and Creative. Happens in: 14w02a 14w02b 14w02c.

Is this still a concern in the current Minecraft version? If so, please update the affected versions in order to best aid Mojang ensuring bugs are still valid in the latest releases/pre-releases. If this has been done, we can reopen the issue.

First off, this is not my game. I am not a developer, I am a bug tracker moderator. Sorry for the recent confusion with the changes. However, it is still your task to keep the ticket updated, Just reporting it is not sufficient in most cases. Keeping it Awaiting Response until updated, or taken over by someone else.
