[MC-45043] Closing Resource Packs option resets main menu music.

Reproduction: Start the game. Go to resource packs. Then go back

What is expected to happen: Music continues.

What is happening instead: Music stops and it gets reset. Also it has a little delay when closing.(probably caused by the reset)

Edit: This also causes in-game music to stop/reset.(Also with the delay)

Yes, because it's reloading the resource pack... including any sound changes.

but it does that even when there's NO changes made and also NO change TO be made(no resource packs installed).

Is there a bug report for that or is it Working as Intended?
