I think the current code rewrites are going to seperate certain kinds of damage and not into 1 category. It's just an guess, but that would make it possible to make invulnerability not count on fall damage.
Is this still a concern in the latest Minecraft version 14w17a? If so, please update the affected versions in order to best aid Mojang ensuring bugs are still valid in the latest releases/pre-releases.
Title is a bit misleading because it's just the console not converting the java error message into a (by mojang made) error message.
It does however not say that new ones are being generated.
I would say atleast remove the stacktrace
Thanks Searge, you're my hero <3 😛
This is invalid because the nogui command is "nogui" and not "-nogui"
but it does that even when there's NO changes made and also NO change TO be made(no resource packs installed).
Is there a bug report for that or is it Working as Intended?
It's very hard to reproduce, it just happens randomly. My friend is scared it's gonna happen again and he's gonna lose his inventory again(he fixed his world by making a new world with the same name, but <player>.dat was lost(.tmp was corrupted, and there was no original anymore).
This is serious, this deleted my friends level.dat and <player>.dat
Please fix this as soon as possible.
Your problem has nothing to do with this error. You have to disable firewall(or configure it so port 25565 is allowed) and forward the port in your router
I've now been able to reach the point where it reached out of memory.(1GB)
IF u think this is ugly(It still works) use "XXX.jar nogui" to fix this bug
Sometimes when there ARE made network changes it can cause instability(Or weird issues) on both server and client and may cause both the server and client to crash.
nvm.
Btw, mark this bug report as not-posted, i totally did not know about this.
But if you play with a 1.7.2 on a 13w49a sever will i get all server side fixes? And what happens with the new mob that has been added? Will it show as a purple cube?

I've got several problems with the netty auth handler too. even a maintenance message and ReadTimeOut in(13w43a
Confirmed on Windows 8 Pro x64 and Java 1.7.0_40 x64 with AMD Radeon 7850 on Catalyst 13.9 drivers so it's also not GPU related(as Ben W has a Nvidia card)
It NEVER happenend to me and i play since Beta 1.5_1
Yes but those floating blocks too? And it seems to also happen now even when you are (really) close to it. It became more annoying now.
