[MC-45078] Version change inventory gone bug

Sometimes when I change from 1.7.4 to a snapshot, it deletes my whole inventory.

To the snapshot, or are you attempting to roll back from a snapshot to an older version?

I don't know when exactly, but to time to time when i switch betwen them, the inventory gets wiped.

Changing to an older version after running a newer one is not recommended.

I have two profiles in minecraft, one with the newest normal version, and one with the newest snapshots. I think that should not wipe my inventory.
