[MC-45148] Attacking and Killing Endermen in The End locks up the client and server

If I attack or kill an enderman in The End, the game will hard lock up and use a whole CPU core.

The first time, only my client locked up, the second time, the server locked up too and everyone else also had the issue (they were in The End with me)

Man i have this problem aswell deleted every entity in the end but then i went back killed 1 and poof GAME and Server crash

Please attach the complete output of the "Server console".

There is nothing output to the console, the whole thing freezes up. The last thing displayed in the console will be whatever was displayed prior to the crash.
