If you search in creative in creative tab for letter R,T,I (etc...), it doesn't searchs for it.

The search is case insensitive if that is what you mean.

You have debug tooltips on

[FN]+F3+H

and thus minecraft is in each item description. R, T, and I are in minecraft

Searching for craft will show all blocks (prefix minecraft included in search?)
