[MC-45590] /particle footstep is messed up.

I was messing arround with the new /particle command and ran in to an issue. I thought if i did /particle footstep ~ ~2 ~ 1 1 1 0.5 900 @e it would make the "sprinting" particles. But when i typed it this happend.

Footsteps are a new particle that show where you've been walking.

Is this still a concern in the current Minecraft version 14w11b or later? If so, please update the affected versions in order to best aid Mojang ensuring bugs are still valid in the latest releases/pre-releases. - bot

This the footstep particle, this is how it works. It is not the sprinting particle.
