[MC-45684] Villager has trade for nothing for a emerald

Updated to newest snapshot and loaded game in a village. Went to villager and he has a trade that takes nothing for an emerald.

This was using an existing map and some exploring. I've been in the town for awhile and the latest trade went blank. It was already unlocked so it wasn't new trades. Just the last one showed nothing for some reason

Is this still a concern in the current snapshot 14w05b or later? If so, please update the affected versions in order to best aid Mojang ensuring bugs are still valid in the latest releases/pre-releases.
