[MC-46138] The blocks go invisible and torches (both redstone and reg.) glitch the game and make world invisible

I recently updated my graphics driver and Java

-Windows 7

-Java is: Java 7 update 51

-My Graphics Driver: From a ATI Radeon HD 3200 Graphics to Catalyst Software Suite 13.12
