[MC-46403] Spectator Mode: press Shift + Space

In spectator mode, if you press Shift + Space it moves you up, not moving how it needs to be.

Shift+Space=Stay on same Y level, but appears as shifting.
In spectator, it moves you up.

Well it is really easy, like the titles says and as expected:
Press Shift + Space @ once and you will get a shocking screen and you go up
