[MC-46557] enchanted barrier adds purple hue to armor, health and food bars when placed in action bar

When placing a single enchanted barrier in the action bar, it adds a purple hue to the armor, health and food bars.

this is a duplicate of as MC-46517 it happens with all enchanted items in the hot-bar

Doesn't happen to me with any other enchanted items.

I tried it in a different world it now only happens to me with potions, sorta odd but sorry for the inconvenience.

Unable to reproduce.

It's doing it for potions now, too. I couldn't get it to happen on my other computer, so it's probably a video card glitch.

Can confirm with items with coloured names. Potions are NOT affected.
