What I expected to happen was...:
Mobs glitchedin walls not dying when I launch the world in the new snapshot.
What actually happened was...:
All mobs glitched in walls (like when you made spawn too many chickens in a little hole) instantly died at the launch of the map.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create a random map (not in 14w06a), dig a hole, make spawn a lot of mobs, to be sure some of them are pushed in the walls.
2. Upgrade your game to snapshot 14w06a
3. Join the world and see all the mobs glitched actually died.

Is this still a concern in the current Minecraft version? If so, please update the affected versions in order to best aid Mojang ensuring bugs are still valid in the latest releases/pre-releases. If this has been done, we can reopen the issue.
Keep in mind that the "Resolved"-Status on this ticket just means "Answered", and that we are waiting for further information on whether this issue still exists or not. We will reopen it as soon as the requested information has been delivered.
Yes, on my post MC-47530, I explain this too. I logged on to all of my chickens having escaped from the glass tube. There was no way they could get out before. I know they are messing with the Mob AI, but I really, really hope this is a bug.
