[MC-47798] All textures gone

I recently updated to Windows 8.1 Pro, but whenever I go on ANY Minecraft world, all the textures are missing, including skins but not items and text on signs. please help!

If you installed AMD beta drivers, then this is a duplicate of MC-47174. Else, your issue is a duplicate of MC-35881. Please see those report for information about how to correct the issue.
