As the summary states, Iron Trapdoors can be pushed by pistons. Normal Trapdoors have been intended to be pushed, but I'm unsure if the Iron variant is meant to, especially considering it requires redstone to utilize, so moving them via alternative means could circumvent normal protections.
To replicate, place three blocks and place the Iron Trapdoor on the side of the middle block. Place a piston on the side of one of the other two blocks so it faces the Iron Trapdoor. Activate the piston, and it will push the Iron Trapdoor to the next block.
I understand this might be considered Works as Intended, but I'm unsure if it is.

If Trapdoor gets moved out of a powered state it will remain in that state, even if it receives a Blockupdate.
The same thing can be achieved with wooden trapdoors. It's nothing special, but I would like this 'bug' to remain as a feature.
I was thinking more toward the nature of being an Iron variant. It seems like an Iron variant shouldn't be movable other than removing and replacing. Of course, they could decide to leave this as Works as Intended, but considering that point I'd rather be safe.
...finally a report with Iron Trapdoors that is not about its name...
Can confirm, but this would make some very good contraptions if used.
