[MC-50163] Hand blocking lower left hand corner while holding map

While holding the map in first person view (on a horse and normally) the bottom left hand corner is blocked by players left hand.

This is not a duplicate of 2963 since it has nothing to do with F5 or riding anything.

It only happens when riding something and changing perspective - dupe of MC-2963.

No true Tails, as Phillip says, it happens all the time unrelated to riding anything or changing perspectives. This has been the case since the 1.7 series and has remained unresolved.
