Problem on the jungle drop of fps

I got a i5-3750 k 3.40 ghz and 8g assigned to minecraft + 570 ti and i cant continued my wolrd of survival because i got drop of 80 to 0 fps in times of 1 to 3 seconds on biome of jungle. PD i start this world in the snapshot 14w08a

From MC-51140:

Frame rate drops to 1 FPS in jungle biomes. This does NOT appear in any official released versions.

Possible cause: I found that the leaf block's are now killing mobs that spawn in them. Causing tons of dropped items causing lag.

Your Java version is out of date! Please update your Java to the latest version (1.7.0_51): http://www.java.com/en/download/.

  • When using a 32-bit browser on a 64-bit operating system the automatic version detection will only show the 32-bit version of Java, the 64-bit version needs to be downloaded manually: http://www.java.com/en/download/manual.jsp.

Install the latest driver for your card: http://www.geforce.com/drivers/results/73218

The mojang blogpost and the warning in the launcher say:

Snapshots can corrupt your world, please backup and/or run them in a different folder from your main worlds.

Is this still a concern in the current Minecraft version 14w19a / Launcher version 1.3.11 or later? If so, please update the affected versions in order to best aid Mojang ensuring bugs are still valid in the latest releases/pre-releases.

A few of the comments I've read around the internet seem to think this is caused by the trees in the jungle biome spawning with some of the leaves too far from the trunk causing them to decay. The large number of trees in the jungle biome apparently causes the dacaying to lag the game. Is this true and if so can it be fixed?

I'm getting this in 1.7.10, which is annoying because there's a jungle next to my base and my mine goes under it.

Gets really laggy.

Phenom II x6 3.3, 750ti, 4GB ram dedicated to MC, game runs off an SSD.

I do have treecapacitor though, so I'm sure if I do nothing else for a couple of days I can probably cure the problem.

I've got an i7 and I've never had more than 10 FPS in a Jungle... I just kind of avoid them. My friend has the same thing with dual 780ti's and a 6-core i7. it's just more than what Java can handle.
