Double grass wrong breaking particles on top-block

Break Particles of the top block of a Double grass different foliage than bottom block.
Tested in Savannah Biome.

What I expected to happen was...:
Should be the same.

What actually happened was...:
Particles did not have the same color.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Break both the top part and the bottom part of double grass and compare the foliage of the particles.
