[MC-50700] When creating the objective players score is not 0

When I'm creating new objective like this
/scoreboard objectives add Newbies dummy
Players will not have any score in that objective.
I tried to teleport players with score of newbies 0
/tp @a[score_Newbies=0]
Nothing will happend.

you must add a display name to the objective like: /scoreboard objectives add Newbies dummy New

I think it's not necessary. Because if you dont set it, it will be the objectives name.

Is this still a concern in the current Minecraft version? If so, please update the affected versions in order to best aid Mojang ensuring bugs are still valid in the latest releases/pre-releases. If this has been done, we can reopen the issue.
