The giant isn't counted as an undead mob.. which it obviously is.. so withers try to kill him.. he doesn't burn in daylight.. and healing potions don't hurt him.. now I know that the giant is kinda not really in the game.. but still..

That is untrue! In snapshot 14w06a Giant's armor is rendered... now why would that happen to an unsupported mob?

No, giants are not supported mobs.
giants are not zombies, they just have the zombie texture, giants are getting support little by little in RARE times, giants make human sound and are not undead, this seems to be normal

Giants are still not supported.
If you know it's an unsupported mob that hasn't been fully implemented, then you know why this is an invalid ticket.
