When you go into your inventory in Minecraft version 14w11a, you will find that your character is somehow cloned and reversed.

no it isn't. It turns out this is a very rare thing and cannot be fixed. So you cant do anything about that and it didn't happen in later version.
This is a culling/normals problem.
