Solve this issue
I have a black screen on my daughter's Samsung tab 3, it was working fine before the update.
Did a factory reset but that did not help.

no it isn't. It turns out this is a very rare thing and cannot be fixed. So you cant do anything about that and it didn't happen in later version.
I still haven’t tried it yet on the latest version but I’ll try it, I’ll let you know if it works or not
