Minecart with Furnace not affected by powered rails

The bug

When you place a furnace minecart on a track of powered rails, it does not accelerate properly.

How to reproduce

1. Place a furnace minecart on a track of powered rails.

2. Push the furnace minecart.

3. The furnace minecart acts as if it was on normal rails.

Expected behavior

The powered minecart would accelerate to maximum speed as the other minecarts do.

Observed behavior

Instead, the furnace minecart moves as if powered by coal.
