In a crafting table :
Any dye + Wool (or Hardened Clay, Glass...) = faulty color
For example :
Blue dye + White wool = Brown wool

It's related with MC-53375. This is because, as said in that report, the data values of dyes are reversed, so the white wool has a data value of 0 while the white dye have 15; the black wool has 15, while black dye has 0.
Not surprisingly, the color is wrong when shearing sheep as well (but the wool color while it's ON them is right).
