I was fighting the Ender dragon, and it flew multiple times thru the Obsidian without destroying it or something like that

Working as Intended.
The Ender Dragon passes through all natural blocks of the end: Endstone, Obsidian, and Bedrock without destroying them.

The Ender Dragon does not make explosion.

This isnt a bug, its a Feature.
