Invisable Blocks

What I think is randomly, blocks just get's invisable. When I change resourcepack, the blocks get visable again. Though, I don't know this happen's to others, I do know that this happens on server's, and everywhere. It still happen's in a different reasourcepack, but it's like a timer. When a change reasourcepack, block's get invisable in a few minutes! It's really annoying. It happens in vanilla as well as when I have mods. I have the mojang launcher. It also happens in forge- 1.7.2, but mostly in 1.7.9.
