When the user types the command /summon Boat ~ ~ ~ {Riding:{id:Horse}} , it spawns a horse with a boat on its back, but slides off of the horse as if the boat was dropped on to it. This does not happen with any other mob I have tried.

Confirmed for 1.8, although it might be intended since untamed horses throw players off their backs (which is probably what's happening here with the boat).
