[MC-56245] Blocks Become Invisible When Block is Destroyed

Everything becomes invisible after a block is destroyed.

No mods are on, and I've never had any.
I tried deleting my .minecraft folder to see if "starting over" would do anything, unfortunately nothing has changed.

If you don't have a Radeon HD 2xxx - 4xxx, you'll need to update your drivers to the latest version and never use a Beta Driver again.
