If I destroyed bottom block under of the cauldron. That bottom texture is disappear.

Is this still a concern in the current Minecraft version? If so, please update the affected versions in order to best aid Mojang ensuring bugs are still valid in the latest releases/pre-releases. If this has been done, we can reopen the issue.

Yes this is still an issue in Minecraft 1.8.3
After a little testing this is easily solved by removing the [, "cullface": "down"] from the "#inside" lines in the four cauldron model files, I've attached the modified json files.
