If a command block is rotating the player's head while s/he is in the chat, the player's head can rotate through the player's body.
What I expected to happen was...:
The player's head would stop rotating after looking down.
What actually happened was...:
the head would continue to rotate, causing a graphical glitch.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create a fast Redstone clock
2. Connect a Command Block to the clock
3. Put the command tp @a ~ ~ ~ ~ ~10 into the Command Block
4. Enter the chat

Is this still a concern in the current Minecraft version? If so, please update the affected versions in order to best aid Mojang ensuring bugs are still valid in the latest releases/pre-releases. If this has been done, we can reopen the issue.
