Redstone Torches are popping off when the block they are on is powered then depowered.. Doesn't seem to affect previously placed redstone torches.

Environment

Sony VAIO laptop. Intel Core i7-3612QM CPU @ 2.10GHz. 6GB RAM. 64 bit OS. JAva Version 7 Update 60.

It does affect all redstone torches, but only if there is no block under the torch.
