[MC-59666] Even with PvP disabled, tools and armour are still affected.

When you turn PVP off, the players do not damage each other, but the tools take durability damage, as do armour pieces.

Is this still a concern in the current Minecraft version? If so, please update the affected versions in order to best aid Mojang ensuring bugs are still valid in the latest releases/pre-releases. If this has been done, we can reopen the issue.

Edited: When attacking other players with pvp disabled, the durability of weapon decreases, but armors equipped by the player get attacked are not affected.
