Zombies and Skeletons will not pick up Items at all. I use this command: /summon Zombie ~ ~ ~ {CanPickUpLoot:1} , and they can not pick up items. I know zombies have a chance of spawning with the ability to pick up items, but no zombies spawned via spawn egg seem to be able to.
