Rails texture glitched out

The issue I'm having appears to affect only 14w27a and b as of now (maybe c also once it comes out). When powered rails (might be with other rails also) are placed and they are facing diagonal on the east-west axis, then they appear facing the wrong direction. I have attached a picture to illustrate it better. When I encounted this bug, I was using a custom resource pack, so I have included that as well. It may be worth noting though that with the same resource pack I didn't have this problem in the earlier versions.
