[MC-60152] Powered rail, detector rail, and activator rail are flipped when on an east/west slope

Powered rail placed in EAST-WEST-Direcion renders reversed when powered, although minecarts leave into the right direcion. (Minecart left properly after 2014-07-02_20.51.08.png, so its probably a rendering problem)

You're right. I made the mistake of assuming that my resource pack wouldn't impact the orientation of rails. I was wrong. I'll let the makers of the pack know that there is a problem.
