I was messing around with redstone when I noticed something, when the 2nd stick of the repeater is pulled all the way back its supposed to have a 4 tick delay, but it has a 1 tick delay, and same way when I switch it. When the 2nd stick is up front closest to the other stick, its a 4 tick delay and not a 1 tick delay as it should.
