Server Crashes every few minutes.

I'm already running Java 7 Update 60 32 bit and 64 bit.

I've been a server owner for 3 years now. I keep java and everything up to date.
The last snapshot 14w27b didn't have the timeout issue.

The crash report shows 1.7.0 with no updates:

Crash reports will always show the exact version that Minecraft is running under, here is one from another ticket:

This may not be the version you think it is using, this typically happens if multiple versions are installed since Java doesn't always clean up the older ones.

I re-installed the update, new error.
