[MC-61491] Minecraft massive lag is back

As you already know this was fixed in 29a but now there is lag in 29b i don't know why 29a was running smoothly but now its not.

I have the same problem but then I relised that I had a really bad internet connection and the max fps eliminated my lag when I put it up to unlimited.
