VSync does not choose correct FPS

In 14w27b, with VSync turned on I get 60FPS, as that is what the max FPS of my monitor is. However, in 14w29b, it caps my FPS at 30 instead of 60.

EDIT: Also, turning VSync on causes a crash, but I believe that is a separate issue.

This happens randomly in older snapshots as well. Restarting the game "fixes" it.

If your frames are lower then 60, and VSync is turned on, it autoresolves to 30.
