[MC-63052] Stone not blocking light

World-generated blocks are not blocking sky light. Breaking and replacing the blocks updates lighting.

This bug, which continues to not be MC-911, is fixed in 14w30c.

This isn't the same issue as MC-911; I thought the image made it clear, but here:

This is a small hole I have just dug out for the night. The ceiling is in the same 16x16x16 block as the floor (Note the Y coordinate in Chunk: 7 4 7.... I can reduce the size to a 1x2x1 space and still have full sky light.

This is easily reproducible: find any flat area of land. Dig down so that you can walk under the surface blocks. Dig in, and seal the entrance.

Light level is set to moody. I dug up and when I got near the top it acted as if I had removed the block giving daylight access.
