[MC-63269] Endless Void Fall

I was looking for glitches/bugs and found that when I went into the void in creative and stopped flying, instead of dying quickly I fell endlessly! I don't know if this is a common thing or not?

It doesen't affect me, I still die. Maybe your having some sort of lag.

hmm.... well first I was using crouch to go down to about -300 then I exited fly mode?

just do the /kill command or try re-logging

Is this still a concern in the current Minecraft version? If so, please update the affected versions in order to best aid Mojang ensuring bugs are still valid in the latest releases/pre-releases. If this has been done, we can reopen the issue.
