Step 1: Make sure clouds are on.
Step 2: Build something really high (not above cloud level).
Step 3: Move back and look at it from the ground
The clouds are not above the structure yet they overlap it. I've also included a video (sorry for bad quality) to show an example.

I thought about that, but it sounds stupid. Why would they have them render at the same height but shrink as you go farther away? It seems accurate, but a bit weird.
Iv also experienced this issue while i am at higher or equal to Y level 169 when there is a 1 block wide platform of any block about 15 blocks from the clouds. The Y angle of the player the amount of blocks between the player and the players Y level seem to affect the bug
I have also experienced this issue. The clouds height is somehow dependent on the observer's height, and it changes as you move vertically.
