While playing the game, I looked at my game launchers Game Output section to see if the game was running ok and I saw this.
[17:28:11] [Server thread/WARN]: Can't keep up! Did the system time change, or is the server overloaded? Running 3856ms behind, skipping 77 tick(s)
[17:28:33] [Server thread/WARN]: Can't keep up! Did the system time change, or is the server overloaded? Running 6534ms behind, skipping 130 tick(s)
Notice how it's 22 seconds in between. This isn't causing me a problem in game but it's annoying me.
Thank you for reading, I know this is written up real bad, sorry.
EDIT: I know this is invalid but I thought this would be the easiest place to find help.

When your PC is to slow, it will say this message. It's not a bug. As it says, it skips some ticks to keep it on normal speed. If this isn't happening, your server will run on pretty slow speed.
It's not pretty low speed, my game runs ok and I just wanted to find out how to stop this warning from showing up.
Change your launcher settings to hide the console?
Don't look?
Get a better computer which can handle the strain that MC puts on it?
I'm using a Windows 8? My computer handles every game fine, my computer is not the problem, I think it's because of how Minecraft is made.
I'll try to just not look, it's because I get interested in what games do while I play...
Invalid maximum heap size: -Xmx5G
The specified size exceeds the maximum representable size.
So how low is it meant to be? I did make it higher at some point.
See http://www.minecraftforum.net/forums/support/server-support/server-administration/1914170-invalid-maximum-heap-size - you have problems with multiple versions of Java being on your computer somewhere
This is a technical support issue; this site is for bug reports only. For technical support please use the Mojang Support Center.
It literally means what it says. Your computer or the server of which that message is being displayed in the console from is not capable of keeping up with the world.
Basically meaning that your world is trying to do something but your computer cant do it fast enough (hence the warning)
Generally speaking it'll just miss some ticks, redstone and other actions will occur slower
So... its just going to slow you down.
