Trip wires/ trip wire hooks, are reading a false powered signal in certain "random" chunks. The trip wires/hooks are powering the block they're attached to when nothing is interacting with the trip wire. This bug was found on a vanilla server and could not be re-created on a single player world. Relogging from the server and a full server restart did not resolve the issue.

Is this still a concern in the current Minecraft version? If so, please update the affected versions in order to best aid Mojang ensuring bugs are still valid in the latest releases/pre-releases. If this has been done, we can reopen the issue.
