When in 3D Analygraph mode, if you look inside containers you'll see that any enchanted item in the container or in your inventory will have certain parts of the item glow, such as the bottom-right corner,or the top-half.

Is this still a concern in the current Minecraft version? If so, please update the affected versions in order to best aid Mojang ensuring bugs are still valid in the latest releases/pre-releases. If this has been done, we can reopen the issue.
