armor on Skeletons, zombies and zombie pigmen not rendering right

if this is a duplicate, i already searched so that dupe is a dupe of mine

i think it may have to do with if its named or not. I looked at other zombies and their chestplates were normal

Is this still a concern in the current Minecraft version? If so, please update the affected versions in order to best aid Mojang ensuring bugs are still valid in the latest releases/pre-releases. If this has been done, we can reopen the issue.
