[MC-65837] Hell growth is in the wrong tab.

Hell growth applies to the potion to jam. And I think that he should not be in the tab "Materials" as it is not applied to other subjects but only for a potion jam.

I think he means that nether wart should be in the brewing tab instead of the materials tab, because nether wart is only used in brewing potions.
